Mr. Nitin Bharwada comes with more than 4 decades of experience in the real estate industry. His core competency lies in planning feasibility studies and raising finance for various projects. He is actively involved in preconstruction services, design/development support, business development, marketing, project management and short and long term planning for the business. Additionally, the firm currently also relies upon him for all kinds of contract negotiations and development of administrative network strategies.

Mr. Tejas Ambavi

Mr. Tejas Ambavi comes with over 2 decadesof experience in managing and handling real estate business in the most elite locations of Mumbai, from Bandra to Juhu. With strong sales and negotiation skills, he has a great grip over the primary and secondary markets in these locations. His core competency is looking after the retail business and expansion of the company.
